1. (Guest) Member Administration
If you are a member or guest member of Plantion, you build up member capital. In accordance with the articles of association, we store your data in our administration. After termination of your membership, your data will in any case be retained for a further five years.
2. Cameras
Inside and outside Plantion, surveillance cameras are installed to protect you and your belongings. Camera footage is deleted after four weeks, unless there are valid reasons to retain it for a longer period, for example in connection with a police investigation.
3. Cookies
Plantion uses cookies and other technologies on www.plantion.nl and MijnPlantion. Cookies are small data files that are stored on the device you use to visit our website, such as a computer, tablet, smartphone, or smartwatch, when you access our website.
Cookies allow your web browser to be recognized. This is useful, for example, because it means you do not have to repeatedly enter your details, set your preferences, or adjust your settings. In this way, we can also improve the functioning of our website. Cookies do not pose a risk to the security of your computer.
The cookies remain stored on your device for a maximum of twelve months after your last visit. You can always disable cookies yourself or delete them from your device. How you can do this depends on the type of internet browser and device you use. If you choose to delete cookies, the website may no longer function optimally.
What cookies does Plantion use
Analytics cookies — Voor het verzamelen van statistieken over het gebruik en bezoek van de website, maakt Plantion gebruik van analyticsdiensten. Plantion maakt gebruik van Google Analytics. Maatregelen: bewerkersovereenkomst gesloten, gegevens niet voor andere doeleinden gebruikt, IP-adres gedeeltelijk versleuteld.
Deleting cookies — You can withdraw your consent at any time by configuring your browser to refuse cookies or by deleting cookies. Deleting cookies may result in certain parts of the website no longer functioning properly. This action must be repeated for each computer and/or browser.
Changes — This Cookie Statement may be amended. Any changes will be announced via the website.
4. Photos and video material
Photos and video recordings inside and in the immediate vicinity of the Plantion building may be used by Plantion for promotional purposes. If you object to the use of images featuring you, you can make this known via AVG@Plantion.nl.
5. Wholesale Centre Plantion
Five companies are located in the Wholesale Centre. Each of these companies has its own business operations and privacy statement. See: www.ghcplantion.nl
6. Newsletters
On the registration form you receive from Plantion, you can indicate that you would like to receive Plantion newsletters.
7. Social media
Plantion uses social media. You can follow us on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter. No conditions from Plantion apply to the use of social media. You agree to the terms and conditions of the respective social media platform.
If you ask us a question via social media, we will store that message and your account name so that we can respond to your inquiry if necessary. We may contact you if you post a photo in which (products of) Plantion are mentioned by tagging or using a hashtag. We will not use the photo without your consent.
Photos and video recordings inside and in the immediate vicinity of the Plantion building may be used by Plantion for promotional purposes via its social media channels.
8. Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Plantion premises. Once you have logged in to our Wi-Fi network, data such as the identification number (MAC or IP address) of your device is automatically collected. This data is deleted after one year and is only used by Plantion to help prevent misuse. If illegal activities occur via our Wi-Fi network, we may block access for the device used to connect to our Wi-Fi network.
