Buyer rate overview
Plantion’s services are subject to fees. The key rates are determined annually and approved during the cooperative’s General Members’ Meeting.
This ensures that costs remain transparent, well-founded, and aligned with the interests of both our members and buyers.
Payment
Purchases at Plantion are paid by automatic SEPA direct debit as standard, with no additional costs.
Only for physical purchases via Shop & Go, payment by debit card is exceptionally possible. A surcharge of €10.00 per invoice applies. Cash payments are not accepted.
Delivery service
Transport costs are invoiced by Plantion and can be found on your buyer statement. We also ensure fast processing of your transport, including the option for same-day delivery.
