Plantion Cooperative U.A.
Plantion has 193 affiliated companies and is governed by a board of five members and a Supervisory Board of seven members, who meet regularly. Each year, two general members’ meetings are held, supplemented by frequent contact between the board and management. Regional meetings and the Supervisory Board actively involve members in shaping the future.

Cooperative entrepreneurship
To help balance the different interests within a cooperative, cooperative enterprises apply a code. The National Cooperative Council (NCR) represents the interests of Dutch cooperatives and promotes this code. Plantion is a member of the NCR.
