You will receive your invoices by email each day around 12:00 noon at the registered email address. If you have not received your invoice or can no longer find the email, please contact Customer Service on +31 (0)318 66 17 70.
Plantion operates different opening hours for its various departments and facilities. You can view a complete overview of all opening hours here.
In most cases, claims are processed and reflected on your invoice the next working day. The processing time depends on when the claim is submitted (immediately after purchase or after receipt when using the Delivery Service) and on the assessment of the claim.
A correction resulting from a regrading is usually reflected on your invoice within 2 days. The exact processing time depends on when the regrading request is submitted (immediately after purchase or afterwards) and the assessment of the complaint.
Purchases at Plantion are paid by direct debit as standard, free of charge. In exceptional cases, payment by invoice is possible (excluding online purchases) and is subject to a €10 fee per invoice. Cash payments are not accepted.
You may use Danish trolleys free of charge. Rental charges apply depending on the length of use:
Buyers: 1 day free of charge (day of purchase)
Growers: 2 days free of charge (day of collection and day of return)
For long-term use, Danish trolleys can be rented through Plantion (logistiekemiddelen@plantion.nl) or via Container Centralen.
To take an auction trolley outside the auction premises, it must be fitted with a lock plate. Lock plates can be requested from the Logistics Department, where you can also specify the rental period for the auction trolley: day, week, month, quarter or year.

Purchases at Plantion Wholesale Centre are restricted to trade professionals, such as florists, garden centres and interior landscapers. This ensures you only encounter fellow industry professionals.
At Buurman Plants, Zalam B.V., Goedegebuure and De Mooij, access is limited to green resellers.
Alflora serves a broader target group, including gift shops, interior designers and growers looking for packaging materials or value-added products.

Log in by entering your buyer number on the display at your seat. If two people are purchasing simultaneously using the same buyer number, add a 1 or 2 after the buyer number (for example, 223331 or 223332).
Plantion Brokerage gives you access to a network of carefully selected growers in Israel, Europe, Africa and South America. This enables you to source larger volumes of flowers and plants for your customers, promotional campaigns and events.

A quick loading bay is intended for fast loading and unloading. It is not permitted to leave your vehicle at the quick loading bay during the auction process.
If you would like to collect your purchased products later that day or the following day, you must notify the Service Point on the same day by calling +31 (0)318 66 18 42 or by email. The first 24 hours of storage are free of charge.

Only commercial vehicles that meet the applicable diesel emissions standards and comply with the maximum permitted vehicle weight are allowed to enter the Plantion premises. This policy helps keep the Ede facility energy-efficient and minimises CO₂ emissions.
Lock plates can only be removed by a Logistics employee. Please contact Internal Logistics on +31 (0)318 66 18 10.
You may take a seat and log in at any position that is not marked as reserved on the display. If a seat is reserved but the buyer has not checked in by 06:00, the reservation expires for that day and you may use the seat and log in.

You can load your purchases at the loading area. Your purchases will be brought to your vehicle.
Each parking space has a number marked on the ground at the front of the parking bay. Provide this number to the Service Point so your purchases can be delivered to your vehicle after the auction.
It is not permitted to be in the distribution area during or after the auction. You may wait in your vehicle until your purchases are delivered.
If you are parked at a (quick) loading bay, your purchases will be brought there so you can load them directly.
You can print your loading slips free of charge at the following locations:
On the balcony level: 2 printers
At the Service Point on the ground floor: 2 printers
Printing is available once you have logged out from your seat in the Auction Room.
A loading ticket must always be attached to the load carrier.
Vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes: You may park in the loading area.
Vehicles over 7.5 tonnes: Parking is only permitted at the (quick) loading bays.
The box holders are located in the building next to Plantion’s loading bays.
You receive a Danish trolley from the distribution area when you purchase more than 51% of the products on that trolley. This also applies to Container Centralen (CC) trolleys and shelves.
Packaging is credited on the same day if you return it before the auction. If you return packaging after the auction, it will be credited on the next purchasing day. The value of the returned packaging remains on your account, even if you do not make any purchases for a period of time.
Danish trolleys: You rent both the Danish trolley and the shelves, meaning the trolley and shelves remain your responsibility. Each Danish trolley therefore always has a single owner, such as a buyer, grower, transporter or Plantion.
Load carriers: You only pay for a lock plate when transporting the load carrier outside the auction premises. Within the auction premises, customers may use auction trolleys free of charge.
If products are missing from your purchase or you have a complaint, report it to the Service Point on the same day so that our staff can trace the products.
Delivered purchases via the Delivery Service: Report missing products on the day of delivery by emailing servicepunt@plantion.nl.
Quality issues: Please contact the Inspection Team at keur@plantion.nl and include a photo of the product with your email.
As a buyer, you automatically receive login credentials for KOA (Remote Buying). KOA allows you to purchase products online via a live auction clock, giving you the flexibility to buy from home, the office, your box at Plantion or from any other auction location. All you need is a stable internet connection.
Purchased products can either be collected at Plantion or delivered through Plantion’s Delivery Service.

With Auction Presales, part of the auction supply is made available online each evening at fixed prices. On average, up to 50% of the products that growers will supply the following day are offered through Auction Presales. This gives you, as a buyer, first choice of the products you want, although prices may differ from the auction clock prices the following morning.
Auction Presales is available as a module in the webshop, where you can view a catalogue of the current auction supply and the available products with their corresponding prices.
After registering, you will receive login credentials for the webshop. This allows you to purchase products at any time of day, from any location, and in any quantity you require. Whenever possible, products purchased through the webshop are delivered and invoiced together with your auction clock purchases.

During the registration process, Plantion’s administration prepares a SEPA direct debit mandate for the customer. This form must be signed by the bank and returned to Plantion. Once received, the direct debit authorisation is activated and payments can be processed automatically.
For payments by SEPA Direct Debit (B2B SEPA), purchases are submitted to the bank for collection at the end of the day. In accordance with legal requirements, you will receive a pre-notification tomorrow and the amount will be debited from your account the following day.
You can register with Plantion if you are a green professional, such as a florist, garden centre or horticulturist. Hardware stores and home improvement retailers have a separate registration process via the Plantion Wholesale Centre. Please use the dedicated registration form for suppliers and buyers.

Only commercial vehicles that comply with the applicable diesel emissions standards and the maximum permitted weight for the loading area are allowed to enter the Plantion premises. Plantion encourages sustainable transport and aims to minimise CO₂ emissions. Only vehicles that meet these requirements will be granted access.
Products can be delivered on auction days until 04:00 at the latest. To prevent congestion and waiting times, Plantion operates a Time Slot Management system. Through the web portal, you or your transporter can reserve a time slot during which the products can be unloaded. By spreading deliveries throughout the day, Plantion can prepare your products for auction more efficiently and with greater care.

You will receive payment one week after the sale of your supplied products. Plantion transfers the proceeds to your account, minus the agreed charges. In addition, you will receive a daily statement of the products supplied and, once a year, a complete annual overview for your records free of charge.

You can still supply products to Plantion, for example as a guest grower, an international grower or an occasional grower.
Plantion Shop & Go combines a physical product presentation with an online sales platform where your products are visible and available to purchasing professionals. You can showcase your assortment physically at the Ede location while also offering it online through the webshop.
Products can be offered through Shop & Go by existing Plantion suppliers, such as growers and suppliers of flowers, plants and related products. Please contact your Plantion representative to discuss the possibilities.
Products sold through Shop & Go are offered at fixed prices. Plantion takes care of the sales administration and order processing. You will receive detailed information about this from your Plantion contact person.
You can contact your Plantion representative (relationship manager or account manager) to discuss offering your products through Shop & Go. A list of contact persons and their details can also be found on the Plantion website.
Webshop
You will receive your login credentials once you become a Plantion customer and indicate on the registration form that you would like to purchase online. You can do this by selecting the Auction Presales and Webshop options.

Yes, products from Plantion Shop & Go that are available to purchase online via the webshop can also be viewed and purchased in our showroom. The showroom is located at the Green Centre.
When you add a product to your shopping basket, the order is placed immediately and can no longer be removed from the basket. After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been successfully placed and is being processed.

Vendingmachines
The Bloem-O-Maat is a flower vending machine (developed in collaboration with Plantion, VBW and Tops Vending) that allows you to sell flowers and bouquets 24/7. It is ideal for addressing staff shortages, extending opening hours and meeting customer expectations for convenience and availability.
As a florist, you stock the machine with bouquets or floral arrangements. Customers can view the products and pay directly using a card payment terminal. The vending machine operates easily and completely independently.
Yes. The vending machine is equipped with glass doors, ensuring that every product is clearly visible and attractively displayed. This encourages impulse purchases and makes it easy for customers to choose from the assortment.
The vending machine can be installed both indoors and outdoors and is suitable for refrigerated storage. This helps keep flowers fresh and saleable for longer, even in changing weather conditions.
Prices for a refrigerated Bloem-O-Maat start at €12,500. A machine suitable for florists typically costs around €30,000 (with approximately 15 compartments). Plantion customers and VBW members receive a 5% discount. If you are both a Plantion customer and a VBW member, you receive a 7.5% discount.
